MRA-Electric at EVS38 in Sweden

Who We Are

We are MRA-Electric, a partnership of three provinces (North Holland, Flevoland, and Utrecht) and 76 municipalities in the northwest of the Netherlands. We accelerate electric mobility by organising joint tenders, and have already installed over 16,500 public charging points.

  • Benefits of our approach:
  • Cost savings through economies of scale
  • Innovation through collaboration
  • Careful management of public space
  • Contributing to clean air and climate goals

MRA-E joins Dutch delegation at EVS38 in Gothenburg

From June 15 to 18, 2025, the Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition (EVS38) takes place in Gothenburg — the world’s leading event on electric mobility. MRA-E is honored to join the Dutch trade delegation as co-organizer, at the invitation of Amsterdam Trade & Invest.

Together with partners such as RVO, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we will showcase the Dutch approach to zero-emission transport in the Dutch Room and at the Netherlands Pavilion. MRA-E will share insights on smart tendering, data-driven infrastructure planning, and public-private collaboration — and engage in dialogue with EV experts from around the world.

For MRA-E, EVS38 is a key moment to connect, learn, and inspire. It’s a chance to demonstrate our leadership in charging infrastructure and highlight our collaboration with, among others, the Province of North Holland.

Of course, we’ll travel to Gothenburg in electric vehicles — convoy-style with fellow Dutch cities — to show that long-distance sustainable travel is not just possible, but already happening.
